Revison
A good friend was honest with me and said that the robot looked strange. Like a broken robot with its upper torso hanging behind its self. After he said that that's all I could see in the design... so I changed it. I think it looks a lot better now. I'm working on the 3d version now, should be done soon.

You're getting there! (Yes, you've heard that before--my favorite remark to classroom students that have a good working knowledge of process and just need to continue that process, tweaking, twisting, triangulating and all the other weird things you have to do to make it work.) You've also come a long way.
ReplyDeleteMy one negative (Da, Da, Dum!) I've never said this to you before, but one thing that has bothered me over the years of you're progress that I've never told you is that you're 'eyes' which are considered the gateway to the soul and also the most important key to character in a character is: their eyes. Yours are often simply little dots. This character-even though it is a robot is that it has literally NO eyes. I think he would look more completed is if he had some. Just a suggestion. Dpn't take it badly. I love the creature so far and I can't imagine how difficult it is to teach yourself something so impossible for NORMAL people to even imagine let alone learn. Keep up the good work.
