After much study I know much of the ins and outs of 3d s max! This was my text subject. I put this chair through a lot of tests and playing. Its current look is due to many mistakes lol. I will soon be posting some more impressive 3d models. This is a very basic chair made of 138 polys. This chair has a basic diffuse, ambiant occlusion, spec map and, a normal map baked from a hi-poly. (I managed to lose my hi-poly is a fatal save over the file :(. Enjoy!
