This is kinda what I want the finished ones to look. Is there anything that needs to change before I start going through and working them up like this?

More contrast! Especially within the demon forms. Don't be scared to submerge parts of some of them in shadows while bathing others in light. Let those long, spindly limbs and tails cast shadows over the forms and onto their surroundings. The values on the shinier surfaces (like the shoulders) are working well, but the highlights and shadows in the furry parts could use more modeling. Keep pushing, sir.
